Does anyone have any information on the construction of 115/230/500 kV electricity pylons? I would like to know whether or not every pylon along a circuit typically has its own ground grid. Also what are the design details (such as arrangement/dimensions of conductors) for typical ground grids used for electricity pylons in this class? Thanks.

You appear to be asking more about the DESIGN of a tower, than its construction, which is how it is put together.
Is the structure you are building wood, or steel?
Practice likely varies by utility, but for us, we have minimum ground impedance that must be met at each tower. If a grounding study indicates the ground is poor, we may install ground rods, counterpoise, or take other measures to reduce the ground impedance to a suitable level.
