Is this the right forum or should I go to "Circuit Design Forum"?

The honeywell st9103a got fried when home was hit by Lightning. I believe its one of the two ICs (opto-sensors) on the board. Its the only parts that dont have generic part identification. Honeywell was NO help. I want to replace with a generic opto-sensor. Ideas?

Tks, >paul

HVAC here means heating, ventilation and air conditioning - not high voltage alternating current
