RE: HTRI or ASPEN - CLOSED FEEDWATER HEATERS

I haven't tried to use HTRI for 3 zone heaters and my HTRI is on my work computer (sorry not going to go there tonight).  I use it for other things but I have never looked to see if it could do that.

You might have to set up HTRI to do each zone independently and then iterate it until you get a workable design.

If faced with what you are trying to do, I'd go to HEI (Heat Exchange Institute) and see if they have a software to offer.  They do have (or did have) a condenser software that was written around HEI procedures.

FWH manufacturers have their own proprietary software for sizing their units.

Aspen offers a special tool for feedwater exchanger (up to 3 zones),  you can contact them to check if it fits your requirement.
