Is there a good tutorial for making re-use library parts?

(OP)
I would really like to learn how I can use the re-use library. I would like to know how I can make parts like the ones that come with unigraphics. Like being able to drop in a bolt, selecting a size and then going where you select a face.

Is there a good tutorial or example online where I can learn this?

Also I am using NX6

Attached is a 'Best Practice' guide (along with some other material) with recommendations as to how to go about leveraging the Reuse Library for custom families-of-parts libraries.
