TEG chemical injection

Hello everyone I'm sizing a TEG plant for gas dehydration but I don't know what kind of chemicals are needed. Someone know that and what are the concentration of dosing.
Thanks

RE: TEG chemical injection

You need TEG.

No I need to know type and concentrations for chemicals in TEG like antifoaming and pH control and corrosion.

RE: TEG chemical injection

you don't need those chemicals unless there is a problem.  If you have foaming or low pH, seek out the root cause first.  If you can not solve the root cause, then look at additives.

If you have gas with high CO2, you'll most likely see some low pH.  Addition of an amine to nuetralize  should only be done based on testing.  Foaming, get the HC liquids out or the fine solids.  If you can't work with you favorite chemical sales slug to find a cost effective solution.
