Non-planar 2d curves

Non-planar 2d curves

Non-planar 2d curves

(OP)
How to attach reference plane to 2d curves exported from drafting via Export to Solids?
In many cases it's not possible to constrain it because it doesn't lie on a work plane, any suggestions?

RE: Non-planar 2d curves

Create an empty part

Create your plane

Move or align your curves to that plane

You may have to move them away from the plane then back again

Then "attach" the curves to the part

Then you should be able to sketch on that plane and constrain and dimension the curves.
