You need to pick the Closing Points so that they match (I think that's the problem).

Hi Mark, i tried that does not work ?

RE: Wing Structure Problem

Start with MarkAF's suggestion and use matching closing point, the sharp edge on the back of the wing should be good, then go to the coupling tab and use vertices and match corresponding vertices on the sketches ie the connecting point of the guides, by the way don't think you need any guides due to there is only two sections and the guides are straight lines.
