Flanged joint between precision tube and pipe

(OP)
Dear colleagues,

can you help me solve the problem of joining OD 70 precision steel tube with 3" (DN 80) steel pipe with flanges. It is easy to choose flange for 3" pipe, but what about flange for OD 70 tube - should it be custom made to fit to ansi pipe flange?

RE: Flanged joint between precision tube and pipe

Can You place a reducer 2"x3" there?
Cut the reducer on od70mm on one side and put the 3" flange on the other side.

Greetings
