Working with SE, update 14.
Have today started to get error message 'This part has internal inconsistencies' when I open any draft drawing. Any advise as to what or why this is occurring is appreciated.

Thanks

I'm using SE V20, update 14.

RE: Internal inconsistencies

This error is usually associated with an illegal/cracked license. Not always but mostly.
How long have you been using V20?
Are the draft files your own or from another source?

RE: Internal inconsistencies

Been using SE V20 since it was released (and SE for over 5 years). Drafts are a combination of in house and external consultants. Have shut down and re-booted the server and my local PC. Old drafts now open Ok, some drafts created today by myself still register the error when opened. (My version of SE & licence is original UGS.)  Do you know if this error could cause the system to crash and or loose data.(This happen to me a few years back.) I'm more relaxed if this is not going to cause any more of an issue than the error message.

Thanks

RE: Internal inconsistencies

Sorry, if your license is legit and you're still getting the error, I cannot help any further, as this sounds more of a technical issue with saving and opening files to and from a server.
Try saving a new draft to your PC's hard drive and check if the error occurs.
Create a new draft template

Thanks for the advise. Planning on renewing my maintenance contract with SE soon and will take up with them.
