Corrosion on Stem Injectors

Corrosion on Stem Injectors

(OP)
We are a ball valve supplier. We noticed that several of our ball valves that are over 2 years old have stem injectors rusted.

They are made of A105 material with Zinc plating.

Ball valve itself is made of A105, but there is no rust anywhere else.

do you think specifying SS material for stem injectors is the only solution or is there a more cost effective method?

Sorry.. I wasnt clear in my earlier message.
They were never used, and they have been in stock the entire time.
