Hello
Is creating a model like the one attached to this post beyond the limitations of sheet metal when it comes to either unbending the part, or creating a flat solid?
Many thanks in advance.

If you only had 1/4 of that part it could do it - Then mirror the flat pattern a couple times to get the theoretical flat pattern.
