Hi there
Does anyone of you know if there is a standard/practice
defining how to measure the efficiency of a frequency converter. One supplier claim that some competitors measure efficiency without RFI, and choke input components.

I would have thought that output kW divided by the input kW would have been fairly standard.

Yes, most (all?) manufacturers give the 'naked' number. For obvious reasons.
