What do they mean by "algebraic sum" of Wind Pressure numbers in Figure 6-2, 6-3?  Something tells me it should be the absolute value of the 2 numbers, which represent windward and leeward pressures for a particular zone and wind speed.

Seems to me it that where you had pressure inside and out, it would be the algebraic difference that you wanted.  Assuming, that is, that they represent partial vacuums as negative numbers.
