Is any one have geometric factor chart for 4/c,3/c,31/2c shaped conductor and dimensional chart for different sizes of shaped conductor power cables pvc or Xlpe insulated/ pvc sheathed belted cables?

No cable catalog would mention the G factor .Maximum will give the ampacity [current-carrying capacity] for free air or underground installation as per vde 0298 or NEC or other national standard.
If you intend to calculate this you may comply with IEC 60287-2-1 Ch. 2.1.1.2.5 "Three-core belted cables with sector-shaped conductors" as fair enough.

But for the cable the GMD is very close to insulated core diameter and it is very difficult to appreciate it by calculation. Usually the manufacturer gives the measured values of X and C. R is less influenced by GMR and skin and proximity effect could be calculated as for class II [or B] stranded.
The GMR of copper compacted conductor is very close to 0.7788*r.[r=conductor diameter/2]
