NX6, postbuilder, lathe, spindle output

(OP)
Hi guys,

I am working on my very first lathe post and I am having major difficulties.

The post will not output any spindle commands unless it is at a tool change. Even if an operation has a completly different cutting speed, it ignores it.

Even if I just use a non modified, generic postbuilder post, it will NOT output spindle commands.

this is incredibly frustrating. The post contains a custom command called "mom_OUTPUT_SPINDLE" and it appears to be what I need, but even if I place the event into every possible location in postbuilder, I still get nothing output.

Am I missing something? is there a tickbox in NX that I need to select to output the spindle?

BTW, I want CSS output, not RPM.

Any help is appreciated

Jay
