From where to get.

·    3-Phase X/R = X/R ratio for positive sequence impedance of the power grid.

·    1-Phase X/R = X/R ratio for zero sequence impedance of the power grid.

RE: x/r ratio

From the utility that owns the grid.

Are there any standard values or some values that we can use to do preliminarily load flow studies

RE: x/r ratio

It will depend on the proximity to the substation transformer and the line or cable construction.  X/R ratio is generally higher closer to the substation and decreases as distance from the transformer increases.  Higher voltage systems will tend to have higher X/R ratios.

It will be between 1 and 100. looking around Probably a lot less than 100.

Since you have provided us no data on the power system, that's about as much information as anyone can provide to you.
