Flat pattern detail view

Flat pattern detail view

Flat pattern detail view

(OP)
Hi there

I have attached the E-drawing, this contains a drawing for sheetmetal part. On sheet 2 the flat pattern is detailed & there is detail view in upper left corner. If you turn off the shading the view disappears & you will also notice that the base circle for the detail view is also not located on the base view instead it is located outside the sheet on upper left side. That is the location where I have to move the circle to get the desired detail view.
it behaves the same way in the drawing file. I cannot share drawing file right now, I will try to post the actual files but for now I only have E-drawing.

I have had this trouble before but the detail view used to be alrite so I used to make a fake circle representing detail view. But this time the drawing is in-complete without the detail so have to ask for the solution if any.

I reckon it is a BUG but let me know if I am wrong. And in my view the trigger for the problem is when you rotate the flat pattern.

Here is the link of my earlier question regarding this as well.

RE: Flat pattern detail view

It is a file specific issue. Can you upload a sample file with this issue??

RE: Flat pattern detail view

This also seems to be a multibodies file.
