Cooling the Lignin in the weat straw
Cooling the Lignin in the weat straw
(OP)
Hi Folks,
I am looking into cooling the discharge stream from a Bio-Reactor containg 30% lignin at 150 C and 5 bar a pressure.
It is supposed to be cool-down to 70 C.
Does any one have idea to cool it down?
Lignin fration seems more problematic.
Any standard practice?
Thanks in advance for your input on the issue.
Best Regards

The amount of water is too high and require too much heat to evaporate this water in the final processes!!!
