RE: NX5-6 PostProcess Problem

Check that the Cut feedrate has been set in all of your operations.

RE: NX5-6 PostProcess Problem

If the feedrate is set and it is higher than the maximum in the postprocessor (postbuilder) it will also output rapids instead of linear moves.

I have the cut feedrate set for all my operations the maximum feedrate that  I use is 700 do you think that's the problem ??

LMK and thanks in advance

RE: NX5-6 PostProcess Problem

depends if it is metric or imperial units. You can check in the postprocessor tcl file and search for 'set mom_kin_rapid_feed_rate'. You can open the tcl file in an editor e.g. notepad or wordpad.

RE: NX5-6 PostProcess Problem

Have you opened the post in Post Builder?
