I'm getting behavior on the UG side that gives the appearance of working... but the file isn't created.

Any ideas?

NX7... This problem is unique to my workstation. We have another it works fine on.

Then I can't help you.  I'd advise that you try GTAC.

Yes it is supposed to support exporting PDF files. I think you probably know that already. It makes sense to look at the obvious differences between the two workstations and how the software is installed on each. If necessary you may try re-installing, otherwise as John mentioned your options are to contact GTAC since the number of unknown variables is to numerous for us to help with.
