Hi
Please tell me, We have salty water for our fire fighting network.  The pressure is 130 psi  and temperature is 30C. we have to kind of gate valve  material body .one is Ductile iron  and another is  Cast Iron and both of them have  epoxy coated (inside and outside) .just I want to know which one have more corrosion resistance  against  the  salty water in case damage come to Epoxy  coated  body of valve .

Neither has much at all.  In seawater systems you tend to find nickle aluminum bronze, copper nickle, and high alloy stainless steels.
