Is anybody using the new Alternate All Heights method develped by SEA-Wash?

Attended a seminar on it yesterday and wanted some feedback from people actually using it.

RE: 2009 IBC Wind

I believe my son is.  What questions do you have?

RE: 2009 IBC Wind

I tried a standard wind design using Method 2 analysis and the new Alternate Analysis.  I got through the Alternate Analysis is about 1/8th the time and it yielded similar results.  Therefore, I like it.  That said, I won't actually use it in practice until IBC 2009 is locally adopted here, which will probably be years from now.
