dear all
i have 30 km ductile pipe line and the work pressure will be not less than 20 bar what are the precautions steps to avoid the movement of the line and what is the pressure test value

RE: iron ductile pipe lines

Please elaborate on what you mean by movement in the line.

DIPRA has design manuals available on line:

RE: iron ductile pipe lines

Test at 1.5 times working pressure. You may have to go o a higher class of pipe to get the pressure. AWWA has standards for the allowable leakage. It is in gals. per inch diameter per mile of pipe per 24 hour period.
