Pitch Circle Diameter Dimensioning

Pitch Circle Diameter Dimensioning

(OP)
When creating a circular pattern of holes on a part I use dimension and angle pattern, this works very well. The machine shop though require co-ordinate dimensions. I could convert the pattern to a table (so co-ordinate dimensions are displayed on the drawing), but if i wanted to change the hole positions it be would very very tedious and time consuming. So I insert dimensions on the drawing, once when I was doing this it asked me if I wanted to dimension all holes in the pattern like this! I hane never been able to make it work again, does anyone know haw this works?
