how to support valve and pipe on the top of U/G headers?

how to support valve and pipe on the top of U/G headers?

how to support valve and pipe on the top of U/G headers?

(OP)
Dear Friends,
We have two 48" u/g header and some valves and piping above them.
how can we support valves and piping? we can not implement any foundation for valve or pipe support on the top of U/G pipes.

Thank you

RE: how to support valve and pipe on the top of U/G headers?

not sure of your specific config, but one would consider a reinforcing pad on the header and a saddle support on top of the pad.

Well it's not good practice placing pipe or equipment on top of buried piping! What happens when you need to repair the buried headers? However "IF" you have too ...just straddle the U/G header with your support foundations and use a bridge type support.
