We are considering adding an aluminum pressure vessel and a length of aluminum tube to one of our process cooling loops.  The deionized water in the loop is treated with 100 ppm Benzotriazole and 200 ppm Molybdate for corrosion protection.  We add Isothiazoline for anti-fouling.  The rest of the wetted process loops consists of copper tubing, EPDM hose and various 304 stainless steel fittings.  The aluminum equipment is hard anodized and contains no moving parts. The loop contains 75 gallons of water and the aluminum would account for maybe 10% of the total wetted area.  The aluminum would of course be isolated dielectric unions. We are wondering if we'll need to add additional chemicals to the recipe to protect the wetted hard-anodized aluminum surfaces in the tank and tube or if the chemical mix we use is sufficient for long life.  Max pressure is 130 psi and the temperature ranges from 40 degrees F to 90 degrees F.  Thank you for your help!
