Relations and using feature name

(OP)
In many parts I use offset feature. That offset I'd like to link using relations to a parameter that I could use for quick usage in drawings.
I know to make that using relations for each particular part, for instance PARAMETER_1=d19. But in each part Dimension ID changes (d19 in this example) and I have to manually make relation.
Is it possible to rename that offset to same feature name and make relation that uses feature name instead of Dimension ID? That way it would be universal for all parts that I use.

Thanks,
Branko.

RE: Relations and using feature name

You can change the Dimension name in Dimension Properties. Click dimension when shown in Part and Right Click > Properties then change the dimension id from d19 to ParameterName. Or you can create a Parameter and set it's value in Relations. Then the dimensions you want to match up you can write relations for.
