Hastelloy C276 Flange Press v Temp Rating

Hastelloy C276 Flange Press v Temp Rating

Hastelloy C276 Flange Press v Temp Rating

(OP)
I'm looking for a chart or graph of the press v temp rating for (CL 600) Hastelloy C276 flange.
I have an ANSI B16.5 graph for Material groups 1.1 through to 2.3 (Carbon St, Alloys etc) but, nothing for Hastelloy C276.
Does Hastelloy C276 fall into any of the typical material groups ?

Thanks.

RE: Hastelloy C276 Flange Press v Temp Rating

I believe that Hastelloy C276 is more generically referred to under UNS numbering as N10276 and the ASTM forging grade of this material is B462 Grade N10276.

This material is covered in Materials Group 3.8 of ASME B16.5 (limited to a max of 675 C and only permitted in solution annealed condition).

The rated working pressure for a MG 3.8 flange from -19 to 38 C is 103.4 bar.  I you the rating at other temperatures, I'd recommend getting a copy of the current standard.
