I didn't see a PDM sub-forum, so I'll ask here:

I am running the convert files task to convert our released drawings to PDF for the rest of the company/world to access when they hit that point in the workflow. I would like to have the PDF filename contain metadata from the source file, namely the variables number, revision, title and customer name.

There is a button for advanced scripting options that brings up a VB code window. However, I am not sure how to access variables from the source file via that interface. I am familiar with VB programming, but not the EPDM API.

Thanks for any help or examples you have.
