Reseal/resurface parking garage

(OP)
I've been tasked with waterproofing our parking structure.  It is about 15 years old and currently has a membrane sealant that is starting to deteriorate.  I've been trying to find research that indicates the performance of various sealant types and products, but have not found much material specific to parking structures.  Does this info exist or does the industry use bridge waterproofing technology instead?  Is there some sort of parking gargae institute or resource that can provide more technical information?

RE: Reseal/resurface parking garage

Supercrete and Xypex have other types of water proofings as well.
