feature based machining help

Hi Guys,

I want to export, some customized drill strategies done on NX

to my Machining Knowledge editor.

How can I export the information between NXCAM to MK editor?

for customized drills.

Thanks.

RE: feature based machining help

Hello Berri,
I'm not an expert on MKE but if you dont want to make a new template for your new drilling strategies you have to write a new rule for it. To transfer the knowledge into MKE I'm working the way "generate the operation interactive and when I like the result I look at the the parameters eg.(Tool.xxx, Oper.xxx) set dem in the rule". Be aware that all functionality which enable interactive is not enable in MKE.....

Hello Keros,

Thanks for your answer, I don't understand how can I send the drill operations into a rule.
Know I am customizing some drill templates, but if it's possible I want this templates inside MKeditor. The thing is I don't know how to send them to MK editor code.

I want to use FBM with drill operations, previous drill templates migrated to MKeditor.

Thanks.
