Looking for info on effect of ice floes on pier and calculationsfor capacity under bridge.  130 ft long pedestrian bridge Pier in water

AASHTO has what you need to calculate forces on piers due to ice floes and stream effects.  Additionally you will need some guideance on the foudnation elevation (pile cap or spread footing) so as to mitigate scour.
