Look in the petroleum wellhead production equipment books.  Smith Company use to have the best desk top book with these types of equipment, you might find a used one.  The GPSA Databook has a section too.  The gpsa Databook can be found in bookstores or online.

John M Campbell has nice books and training classes on your questions too.
