question about the assembly meshing

question about the assembly meshing

question about the assembly meshing

(OP)
It's a simple structure, but it can not be meshed. there always have some parts missing. Then I used the mesh control for the parts that can not be meshed, still cannot make it, feel very frustrated.

RE: question about the assembly meshing

More mesh control, defeature if necessary. Isolate one part at a time that fails, work on that until you find the problem, repeat for failed parts then run you assembly again after you have resolved all the problems.

RE: question about the assembly meshing

In SolidWorks use TOOLS/CHECK on each part and look for small/sliver edges. These will cause the mesher to choke.

A picture of your assembly would be helpful.
