Vaccum test

(OP)
Hello,
I have a steel pipe line with material A106Gr.B.
I use the ASME code B31.3
The pipe line conditions are -0.7b at 72°C. The Ø of the line is 28".
Is there somewhere a standard to test this line ?
I know how to fill a table to specify a hydrotest pressure but not for vaccum line !!
Do we wait the start-up of the installation to know if the pipe leaks ?? smile

Cordially
Laurent
