Hi frdz

1). How create New face mill cutters with 45 deg ... If i create with tool creation option there flute length, and cutter length how to give..
for Eg.

Cutter dia  100 mm
Tip angle    45 deg
              flute length  6mm   (sandvik facemill        
              coremill 345)
              (Insert cutting lenght = flute lenth am I
               rite)
Tool Length = 80 mm


2) How to create own TOOl LIBRARY and how to Export created tools to my own LIBRARY

Question #1 is a very good question. We need to have a SIMPLE chamfer setting at least under Face Mills. Many of the high performance cutters use them. There is a User Defined Tool definition but up through NX6 only works for Planer Mill operations.

For exporting to your own custom tool library, read up on the Exporting Tools to the Cutting Tool Library under NX Library in the Help. I prefer to modify the existing shipped library.
The actual export can be done from the Tool Dialog.
