High Viscosity material- conveying solution

(OP)
Hi To All,

am working at company that meant to work on new technology which will impact on the current product. this change will increase the viscosity of the material from 10000cp to 100000cp it is look like as plastiline, this product is very sensitive to the tempreature and i cannot dilluite it by other liquid phase (as water).
do you know companies that deal with this complicated material and give solution for conveying?

Thanks

RE: High Viscosity material- conveying solution

Here is a company (Zenith) we use for our pumping for our polymer and fiber, both solution and melt, business as well as some other high viscosity processes.

There are number of such companies out there.

RE: High Viscosity material- conveying solution

Sounds as if a concrete pump can do that but I assume you do not need the flow and the head of a concrete pump.

RE: High Viscosity material- conveying solution

here is forerunner of the concrete pump mentioned in the post by micalbrch.
