How to cut "O"Ring grooves useing "T" slot cutters.

Planar milling, Face milling, Feature based hole milling can all be used.

If the width of the groove has a narrow tolerance and groovewidth is not equal to the t-cutter cutting length, we use a T-cutter with two tracking points defined [front/back side], and use this tool within the planar-profile operation [actually 2 operations].
