When was the last time you drove down the highway without seeing a commercial truck hauling goods?

1. Reduce the voltage you are feeding them with.
2. Change the turns ratio.
You will need to give more specifics to get a half decent answer.

220 Volts was a standard voltage in North America once but was uprated to 240 Volts about 50 years ago.
Why do you think you need 220 Volts?

RE: 220 from 240/480
Whatever is rated for 220V should be fine operating at 240V.
If the transformers are configured as 3-phase then you have 480V/277V.
The other common 3-phase connection is 208V/120V.
240V/120V is the common 1-phase house or small building feed.
We have no idea what power configuration you actually want.
RE: 220 from 240/480
Look at an auto-transformer or Variac.
