Feature Parameters dimension in NX6

Feature Parameters dimension in NX6

Feature Parameters dimension in NX6

(OP)
I am trying to apply a dimension using inset > feature parameters. This is the first time that I am using it so I am not sure what I am doing.
When I expand the features tree all I see is the word "FEATURES" under the name of the file, but none of the indidual features from that part are listed.
I am using master model.

How can I get the individual features from the model to be listed in that tree?

RE: Feature Parameters dimension in NX6

The only features which you should expect to see are Sketches and Holes.  None of the the other so-called 'form-features' are supported.

RE: Feature Parameters dimension in NX6

You also need to make sure your master model is fully loaded.

RE: Feature Parameters dimension in NX6

As BOP just said, you need to have the master model loaded, then you'll get another list called "FEATURES".
As you select features they should highlight in the drawing.

The top right of the dialogue box has a pull down list, you might want ANSI-MM from there.

Select the view, then apply the operation.

It tends to put the data into individual text boxes and editing it to look like what you want to can be a bit of a hassle.
