Hole call out problems

Hole call out problems

Hole call out problems

(OP)
We have been using Solid Edge V20 for some time now and are starting to see a reoccurring problem.  When drafting and using the hole call out command, all works fine to start with, but after a few weeks the drafts start loosing some of the text on the leader line.  Meaning the text starts out on the draft, then if we go back into the draft sometime later it is blank.  We were able to get it to come back on an update if we open the part thru the draft and edit the hole, not really change anything just go into the command then back out save changes and go back into the draft.  The draft would call for an update and fix the missing text on the leader.  That works some of the time but not always.  Now it has started to not update the text even if we change the hole size in the part.  It always places text on a leader of a new draft but it is hit or miss if it will stay when going back into the draft at a later date (weeks).  Any text added manually stays, just the %hc is missing.  We have had no version changes or patches installed between the original drafting and rerunning.  Thank you.

Respectfully,

Sorry,  I saw Woodyscolts, but did not see Customconceptsengine question.  I will try to follow advice posted there.
