Nodal forces and moment.

Nodal forces and moment.

Nodal forces and moment.

(OP)
Hi,
i'm new of the forum and my knowledge of Abaqus is growing, so please forgive me if my questions could seem trivial.

My question is:
i'm tring to find nodal forces and moment, the one's that come from the F=K*x relation, so directly associated with nodal displacements and rotations.
I find the output command NFORC, is that the rignt one for both? (3 displacements and 3 rotations).

i need nodal components because i'm trying to implemente the equilibrium equivalent structural stress developed by Dong and Battelle.
Someone is successful to make it?

thanks for any help!

RE: Nodal forces and moment.

You can obtain these values from inside CAE by accessing the ODB assuming that you requested those values in the analysis.  They are in the defaults so if you did not change it than they are probably there.  Go to create XY Data>ODB field output.  I hope this helps

many thanks for the tips, but my real problem is to implement the described procedure, i've found the nforc values, but i don't succeed to combine them in the right way.
i'll rack my brain a little bit more.

RE: Nodal forces and moment.

I think you are looking for "*node print".  I hope this helps.
