I'm interested in obtaining a list of "most probable failures" or "hot inspection items" for Nuclear power plant Emergency Diesel driven Generators and Pumps. A modern tendency seems to be the introduction of Probalistic Failure Mode analysis so I'm wondering what is available on a sort of statistical basis.
