underground gas flowlines-thermal insulation

(OP)
Dear Folks,

Does anybody know is it possible to insulate the 4" UG gas flowline.

Due to hydrates formation temp=12 deg C the gas will be heated up with indirect heater upstream the choke. I would like to maintain 12 deg C in the flowline to prevent hydrate formation for the next 4 km. Without thermal insulation I need to put a lot of heat in to the gas as the ground temp during the winter is ca 5 degC. I am wondering if it is possible to thermally insulate such a flowline.
Gas pressure is 70 barg.

Thanks for help.

regards
Rob.
