Is there any electronic/ultrasonic means of testing the condition of existing strand?

RE: Testing Post-Tensioning Strand

We had a sales rep come into our office recently to show us some useful pieces of equipment for testing concrete. You may want to try this product

http://www.proceq.com/index.php?id=38&pqr=2&setpqr=1&L=0

for determining corrosion of reinforce/strand. There is also another machine on the market which taps the concrete and then by sonar scanning the vibrations it can determine whether there are any voids, honeycombing or cracks in the concrete.  I didn't catch the name of the machine.
