Dimension colour

(OP)
Digging up the past a bit, but this is a really simple thing I've been trying to do for ages:

Changing the dimension colour on all drawings (when changing just the settings in Tools > Options > System Options > Colors doesn't seem to work) - what you have to do is activate your 'line format' toolbar, and click the RH most option on, called 'color display mode'.

RE: Dimension colour

Or you could move the dimensions onto a layer with an assigned colour.

RE: Dimension colour

I am sure if you had called your Tech support person they could have told you that, if they couldn't then your support group is not very good at their job. I would have told you that little trick.

RE: Dimension colour

For some reason, colors of entity types is in system options and not document options.  Layers choice mentioned above is your best bet to control that via the document itself.
