I have a 2 sheet drawing and need 2 people working on it.  How do I name the sheets seperately for the GM system?

xxx123.dwgfmt.0001 &  xxx123.dwgfmt.0002?

Will this cause a conflict getting loaded into teamcenter or during the release process?

RE: dwgfmt

Are you inside teamcentre or working in Native. If as I suspect you're working in native stop now! I recommend that you probably need to speak with you contact within GM to get the right advice about this and if anything the system may not be as flexible as you would have hoped.

In general GM have to give you files exported from teamcentre to work on and you won't be able to rename them or in all likelihood have two people working on them.

RE: dwgfmt

In effect, you want two separate drawing files for one drawing.  Not good.  I suggest following Hudson's advice.
