Repair Costs due to to ongoing building settlement

Repair Costs due to to ongoing building settlement

Does anyone know of any references which discuss relationship between repair costs and building settlement?

I'm looking for costs to fix broken windows, misaligned doors, partition walls, etc... (mainly cosemtic, non-structural repairs)

RE: Repair Costs due to to ongoing building settlement

Since you mention building settlement, there must be some structural concerns that could possibly be corrected or just to arrive at a method of replacement to adjust to the future/continued settlement. - Not as cheap as replacing some glass or resetting a door frame.

structural concerns/costs are relatively minimal in the long run for this building it is continual maintenance to provide occupancy which I think will drive the cost (and any the decision to do any structural repairs).

I'm hopig to find a reference which may have examined this relationship.
