I love it, can we get the Arizona legislators to redefine pollutants and satisfy the Supreme Court and get CO2 off the list.  The control of words trumps run away governments

Are these guys really politicians? It sounds a bit to pragmatic for real politicians or maybe that is how politcians work all the time.....

If you count all solar radiation used, such as for growing crops, warming the air, and sunburning, then that would probably get to energy targets. It is nucular, after all.
