Not a very easy thing. For a start, control the TVC at purified water generation, use UV sterilizers for the distribution loop (with atleast 30000microwatt-s/sq.cm dosage of 254nm radiation) and do regular sanitization.

thank you quark
I have done sanitization more time even by Cl but it takes few days to come backIt made me mad

what material is the PW circuit made from. It does sound like you have a bio film problem. With a bio film chemical sanitisation will generally only kill the top layer, the dead layer will protect the underlying layer. This layer will sloth off and the live cells will present again. Try heat sanitisation or alternativly scour the line.

The PW is made on stain steel 316L and the devoleped length is about 600m

What are you using, just hypo chlorate?  You may need chlorine dioxide, and be prepared to replace elastomers in the system.

djou,
I would recomend a heat sanitisation, I suspect that you have a bio film. The issue here is that wiht chemical sanitisation only the top layer is killed. it then comes away and a new fresh live layer is revealed. a good heat soak will penetrate the colonies. Good luck.

Is this a new line or it is a line that has been in use and recently developed this issue?
